Range of in-line lever or screwdriver operated spherical valves with DZR brass bodies (nickel plated) and brass balls (chromium plated), EPDM ‘O’-rings and PTFE seats. The ball can incorporate a plastic flow regulator, or a stainless-steel strainer (within a plastic housing) inserted through the side port. Compression models are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperatures: Spherical valves only and those incorporating a stainless-steel strainer: 85°C. Spherical valves incorporating a plastic flow regulator: 60°C.
Range of full-bore spherical valves with bronze bodies, PTFE seats incorporating redox coated brass ball and various operating members (see models). Maximum working pressure 40 Bar Maximum operating temperature 95°C
Range of lever operated spherical valves with DZR brass bodies. Incorporating a chrome plated DZR brass ball and PTFE seat. Maximum operating pressure 25.0 bar (models 425BZ) or 16.0 bar (models 537E). Maximum operating temperature 100°C.
