NY Blue PP. Blue coloured, factory applied nylon powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions for 'NY Blue PP nylon powder' dated 01-05-25, then post cure for 20 minutes@210°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AMMT-021'. Factory applied, yellow coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. Components A and B are preheated to 65°C and then mixed & sprayed (using a thermal spraying instrument) in a volume ratio of 1:1 according to Application Instructions dated 'APR 2013'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-010Y'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'JXT/JS02-10', edition '1/0', dated '2021-11-30'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, black coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure both undercoat and finishing coat for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hostalen PP H2142 12'. Black coloured, injection moulded and compression moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'R210WM'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.2mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (stainless steel bodies, various finishes). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated by via an infra-red sensor. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Depending on model the products are supplied with either a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible hose assembly with 15mm spigot end connection or 10mm copper tail (see models).
