From May 2024 the gasket range was extended to include gaskets with an in-radius size of between 0.5mm & 5.0mm. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. For use with water up to 23°C.
'NB7041F'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘LS40T-0301, LS50T-0301, LS60T-0301, LS70T-0301 & LS80T-0301’. Injection moulded, liquid silicone rubber sheet material, available in white, grey, black, blue, green, natural (unpigmented) & red colours. Shore hardness between 40SH-A & 80SH-A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'kSil GP200, kSil GP250, kSil GP350, kSil GP400, kSil GP450 & kSil GP530'. Pale yellow/white coloured, extruded silicone rubber cellular sponge materials. Shore hardness between 37 & 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 1.53mm & 1.76mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Loctite 648'. Dark green coloured anaerobic adhesive. This product is to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Griffon UNI-100 XT'. Amber coloured solvent cement intended to join PVC pipe and fittings. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '6300427', issue '1'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POKETONE’ range of natural (appears light brown), grey and black, injection moulded Polyketone materials. For use with water up to 85°C. 'M(a)3FG(b)A-NP0, M(a)3FG(b)A-GY(c), M(a)3FG(b)A-BK(c)'. (a) indicates the MI(g/min) or viscosity of its neat resin and is replaced with: 9 = 150~250, 3 = 40~80, 6 - 4~8 or 7 = 2~4. (b) indicates the content of glass fibre and is replaced numbers between 1 & 9 (9 indicating the maximum of 50%). NP0 indicates natural material, GY indicates grey material & BK indicates black material. (c) can indicate a random product number of each grade OR the ratio of carbon black and is replaced with numbers between 0 & 9.
Range of screw down stop valves with plastic bodies incorporating EPDM ‘O’-rings and seal. For use with PE-X pipe (manufactured to BS7291-3), BPB pipe (manufactured to BS7291-2) and copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). Maximum working pressure and operating temperatures: 12.5 bar @ 20°C & 6.0 bar @ 65°C.
'AMIANTIT DARK GREY AA PIPE and AMIANTIT ORANGE BB PIPE'. Dark grey coloured or orange coloured, extruded PVC pipes. For use with water up to 45°C.
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies in (chrome plated brass bodies). Flow is controlled with a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The temperature is controlled via a single lever operating member on the body. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
