Back To Directory Sections'GMF-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, water & cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EARTHSTAHL TYPE OPC'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1.0:1.5:0.5. Cure for 28 days@26°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EARTHSTAHL TYPE SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1.0:1.5:0.5. Cure for 28 days@26°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Tankguard 412'. White coloured, factory applied, 2 part epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 6 November 2015. Cure for 7 days@23°C. Between 1st November 2021 and 27th July 2022 this coating is for use with water up to 23°C. Between 28th July 2022 and 30th November 2026 this coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
