‘ResiGard APUA (NT) Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘PDS/RG37/Ver15/01/25’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Greentech 5000'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'GRHK/QES GL 2025' and cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PolyQuick® P-500 PW'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 05-2025'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SOLID-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and mortar in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'SOLID-196', 'Vision: A-2', dated '2019-8-28'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PA6059 Pure Polyester Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyester coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'file no. FP180515 version 2' dated May 25, 2018. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
