Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix Apcoflor MFP 140 Primer in a 1:1 mix ratio and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘Version ‘0’, dated ‘Aug.2007’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘V01’, dated ‘8/2022’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Clean Tech HPEC 1001(J) Grey'. Factory applied, two-part, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product datasheet 'CCPL/HPCCDN/SPL/20-21/5 /C/R11/PS/R3/90s/F', issue date '15.01.2021'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Endoprene 888.56'. Factory applied, beige coloured, two-part PU coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 75:25 volume ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 09/12/2020. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Resicoat PI (HKH01R)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 180°C and apply and cure in accordance with Product Datasheet dated August 11, 2022. Post-cure for 30 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the pre-heat and post-cure conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP200 & POLYDECK WRAS'. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurea coating system. 'EP200’ is a two-component epoxy primer which is to be mixed in a 2:1 weight ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s TDS dated ’25 August 2017’. ‘POLYDECK WRAS' is a two-component polyurea coating which is to be mixed in a 1:1 ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s TDS revision date ’01-2020’. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Rhenolub® MK I-RB FDA'. Factory applied, clear epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1' dated 28.10.2022. Cure for 30 minutes@140°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valve Green Powder Coating Pulver 010'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet ‘FR.07.03.18 Rev. 01 08.03.2021', issued '30.03.2022'. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'181019 Epoxy Phenolic RAL 5012'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy phenolic powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issued '15.01.2023'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SPL Gold Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1.0:1.4:0.35 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours at 27°C & 70% RH. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Endoprene 888.55'. Factory applied, two-component, beige coloured polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet 'Doc. 089' dated '01/07/2011'. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
