‘Subcote FLP II’. Site applied, two-component, green coloured (once mixed and applied) Polyurethane coating. ‘Sikadur-Combiflex® SG System’ comprising of ‘Sikadur® 31 DW’ epoxy adhesive to be used in conjunction with ‘Sika Combiflex® SG Membrane’. ‘Sikadur® 31 DW’ is a site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy adhesive consisting of Part A (white coloured) and Part B (black coloured). Part A and Part B are mixed in a weight ratio of 3:1, applied and cured for 14 days@30°C. ‘Sika Combiflex® SG Membrane’ is a modified flexible Polyolefin (FPO) waterproofing tape to be applied over the adhesive and is approved as the water contact layer. Apply as per ‘Sikadur-Combiflex® SG System’ System Product Data Sheet, ‘Edition: 24/10/2012, Identification no: 02 07 03 02 System, Version: GCC’. For use with water up to 50°C. 'Therma-Light Touch Up Paint'. Site applied, black coloured coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS/CLP-L 44', dated '28/2/2024'. Cure for 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 60°C. ‘Corroless ACO Brush Grades RAL5005 (GB861) and Light Green (GB206)’ (formerly known as 'Acothane Brush Grades Blue & Green'). Site applied, blue or green coloured, two-part polyurethane coatings consisting of an amber coloured, liquid activator and blue or green coloured coating. Mix brush grade and activator in a 3.24:1 weight ratio. Apply as per technical data sheet dated Feb 2020. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Interline 975 White'. Site applied, two-part epoxy coating which can be applied as one coat or three coats. Mix parts A & B in a 2.2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Ref:4236', 'Issue Date: 04/02/2015'. When applied as a single coat, the coating must be cured for 14 days at 10°C. When applied as a three-coat system, the coating must be cured as follows: coat 1 = 24 hours@10 °C, coat 2 = 24 hours@10 °C & coat 3 = 14 days@10 °C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Strongcoat EPW-P'. Site applied, two-component, light grey coloured (once applied) epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured liquid) with Part B (orange coloured liquid) in a 8.1:3.78 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's TDS 06-0020-A-2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. Mix and apply coat 2 in the same way as coat 1 and cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Sikagard® 1816 (formerly known MasterProtect® 1816)'. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied), two-component Epoxy polysulfide coating. Cure coat 1 for 9 hours@25°C. Mix parts A & B in a 78:22 weight ratio and apply coat 2 as per manufacturer’s general method statement ‘MS - AD - Sikagard®-1816-01/2024’ and PDS '020303000000002044 Version 01.01', dated April 2024. 'Hydroplate 1914'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured (once mixed and applied) Epoxy-polyamine coating. 'Enviroline 2405'. Site applied, off-white coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy. 'Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (dark grey, opaque paste) with Part B (light grey, opaque paste) in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturers IFU ’02-07-23’. Cure for 1 day@30°C or 5 days at 5 °C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Belzona 1331'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. First coat: Mix Belzona 1331 (white, opaque paste) parts A & B in a weight ratio of 2.2:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s IFU ’06-03-19’. Cure for 6-8 hours@10°C or 3-4 hours@30°C then apply: Second coat: Mix Belzona 1331 (grey, opaque paste) parts A & B in a weight ratio of 2.2:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s IFU ’06-03-19’. Cure in accordance with manufacturer’s IFU ’06-03-19’, ‘Completion of the Molecular Reaction’ table, ‘Full mechanical/thermal loading or water immersion’. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Belzona 5811DW2 (grey)'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Coating System’. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied), two-part epoxy coating. The primer comprises of ‘Corroless EPF (2022) Primer Base Red’ and ‘Corroless EPF (2022) Buff Temperate Hardener’, to be mixed in a 1:1 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturer’s TDS issued ‘June 2024’. Cure for 24 hours at 10°C. The coating comprises of ‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Base 00-A-01 Portland’ and ‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Hardener’, to be mixed in 5.5:1 weight ratio and applied as per manufacturer’s TDS issued ‘June 2024’. 'MC-PROOF 4200 AE'. Site applied, cream coloured (once mixed), two-component urethane based coating.
