The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with various operating members (see model) which incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate a single check valve cartridge, however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Range of wafer and lugged type butterfly valves incorporating blue epoxy coated cast iron bodies, stainless steel discs and EPDM seat. The closing mechanism can be controlled by either a lever, gear or bore shaft. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Wall mounted, concealed, 2-way diverter valve (brass body and chrome trim set) with a single lever operating member. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of ‘Keraflo Aylesbury’ ceramic disc operated inlet valves with DZR brass bodies and ABS or copper outlets. K and KAX type float mechanism incorporate a polyethylene float and spirit level for installation. The KB type float mechanism is operated by a transfer of weight within the actuator tube, which is connected to a polyethylene buoy and weight via stainless steel chain. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Manually adjustable pressure reducing valve, which incorporates a DZR brass body and an in-line double check valve assembly on the inlet (verified by test as suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). The outlet incorporates a shut-off valve. Maximum supply pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum outlet pressure between 1.5 bar and 6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 40°C.
