'EWDRI 50, EWDRI 55, EWDRI 60, EWDRI 65, EWDRI 70 & EWDRI 80'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 0.69mm. 'EWDRI 50' is for use with water up to 70°C. 'EWDRI 55, EWDRI 60, EWDRI 65, EWDRI 70 & EWDRI 80' are for use with water up to 60°C.
'VI701/KTW'. Black coloured, injection moulded FKM 'O'-ring, shore hardness 70, tested in-radius 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Phardite D31'. Brown coloured, extruded hard/natural rubber material. Shore hardness 78. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'CHEMILINE AH001 FB 026'. Black coloured, niltrile rubber material manufactured by calendaring and curing. Shore hardness 70A. Tested in-radius size 1.1mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘NGP 60 T (Translucent – off-white), NGP 60 T/R (Transy Red), NGP 60 BK (Black), NGP 60 GY (Grey) & NGP 60 W (White)’. Extruded, platinum cured, silicone rubber tubing. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.75mm & 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C
‘Silopren LSR 2030, 2040, 2050, 2060, 2070 & 2080’. Natural (appears clear), compression moulded silicone rubbers with a shore hardness between 30 and 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Adey MCXS Clear'. Clear, silicone sealant. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'issue 1' dated 03/03/2022. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tangit PVC-U Plus'. Light yellow (straw) coloured, solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Tangit PVC-U PLUS TDS 070917 EN'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
