Air Source Hot Water Cylinder range of cased and insulated, unvented hot water storage cylinders (enamelled steel) of the package type incorporating heat pump module. The DHW circuit includes a factory fitted temperature & pressure relief valve (Caleffi) set at 7 bar and 95˚C . The safety kit incorporates a pressure reducing valve (Caleffi) set at 3.5 bar, strainer, check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2 and an expansion valve (Caleffi) set at 6 bar, expansion vessel (Reflex) and a tundish (Caleffi). The temperature of the hot water is controlled by a factory fitted manual control (set at 60˚C) and a high pressure switch positioned on the heat pump module (maximum temperature 65˚C) The cylinders are factory fitted with standard dual control immersion heater. Immersion heater incorporate control and manual resetting thermostats (maximum 89˚C). Maximum working pressure 5.5 Bar Maximum operating temperature 75°C. Maximum supply pressure to the pressure reducing valve is 12 bar. Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit 3.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Thermostatic blending valve with brass body (chrome plated), incorporating a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature and dome type operating member. The inlets incorporate a stainless steel strainer and approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. 47.533 is the connection set for use with the valve. Maximum operating pressure 10.0 bar.

Range of wall mounted, thermostatic blending shower valves, incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headworks or ceramic disc diverter cartridges (see models) with a cube type operating members. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a cube type operating members that incorporate manual override buttons. Model (1.1901.001) is supplied with a shower hose, hanset & riser rail assemblies. Model (1.1901.002) is supplied with a shower hose, handset, overhead shower & riser rail assebmlies.
