‘Polycor LP Gel Coat reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE laminating resin’. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE laminating resin’ was added to the approval in July 2024. ‘Polycor LP Gel Coat’ is a brush or spray applied polyester resin gel coat, available in white or grey colours and is reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE or NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE glass fibre laminate. Apply the brush grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7100’ dated 10.10.17 and apply the spray grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7200’ also dated 10.10.17. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LZFRP-GE-01'. Green coloured, GRE material manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Silicopaste 312500'. White coloured silicone grease. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘VP1620-WR & VP-2020-WR’. Single layer, cream coloured, extruded PEX-b tubes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SPS HDPE Pipe'. Black coloured (with blue stripes), extruded PE 100 pipe. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SAPPCO PE100 Black Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded polyethylene pipe which has blue stripes on the outside. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Shield HDPE PE 100 Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded PE100 fittings. For use with water up to 85°C.
`Icorene 3560 Black 9001`. Black coloured, LLDPE material manufactured by rotomoulding. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Lubricomp OFL36A-BK1B639 & Thermocomp OF008A-BK1B636’. Black coloured, injection moulded polyphenylene sulphide materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'CordFlon R10D05'. White coloured, extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.

'Monotape 12, 24 B, 24 BB, 24 HD & 25 BI'. White coloured PTFE tapes manufactured by extrusion, stretching and calendaring. '24 SH, 20SH, 30SH & 28LS-LE'. White coloured PTFE gasket sheets manufactured by extrusion, stretching, sintering and calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PTFE FE 1000 Ring'. White coloured, extruded PTFE washer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PTFE FE 1000'. White coloured, compression moulded PTFE material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Sigma 511 (pink), Sigma 500 (blue) and Sigma 588 & 600 (white)'. PTFE sheet materials manufactured by calendaring & sintering. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Fluon G201'. Natural (appears white, opaque) extruded PTFE material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'LIP/PTFE/875'. Site applied, pre-mixed, injectable PTFE/Silicone Grease sealing compound. Extrude and apply the pre-mixed compounds as per manufacturer's work instructions document 'STS-MS-001', revision '01', dated 11/08/23. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C.
'REGJ01'. Black coloured, extruded silicone rubber tape. Shore hardness 55. Tested in-radius size 0.25mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'TCM585RE'. Red coloured chemical anchor resin supplied in a pre-weighed dual cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '21.07.2021'. Cure for 48 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
