Continuous soft water, ion exchange, hydraulically driven water softener (salt regenerated) for domestic use, incorporating LLDPE tubing. Operation is by an ion exchange resin filed plastic pressure vessel, with integral salt cabinet and timer/manual regeneration control. The appliance incorporates single check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. 'REVIMEN Bituminous Paint'. Factory applied, black coloured Bituminous paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/Application Application Method 'AM25001', issued 'March 5, 2025'. Cure for 8 hours@25°C at a relative humidity of less than 85%. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POLYGEL-2136'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured (opaque) isophthalic gelcoat comprising of a resin and catalyst. Mix resin and catalyst in a 50:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Revision No. 10', dated 'SEPT 2024'. Cure for 3 hours@85°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jindal Saw Limited Ordinary Portland Cement - 53 Grade'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a xx ratio of 1:1.5:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '2.0', effective date '01.05.2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'RAL 5005 Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy Coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '31.05.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LM-coat'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part Polyurea coating. Mix Part A (KOBECASE PS-6031) with Part B (COBENATE I-362) in a 100:100 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. no: 02', dated '16.02.2022'. Cure for 4 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘ResiGard APUA (NT) Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘PDS/RG37/Ver15/01/25’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Greentech 5000'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'GRHK/QES GL 2025' and cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
