'Polyflon PTFE TC-7808-19 Grey PTFE Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 'June 8, 2012'. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Powercron 451B'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CR451B/CP573X', dated 'Sep 24, 2024'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'M-AC010'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual 'rev. 2.0R' dated 10/10/2024. Cure for 20 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HX' dated '2025.4.25'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
