If the cure conditions are varied from those described below then compliance with BS6920 cannot be assummed without further testing. Where catalysts are required, only tested catalysts in the recommended concentrations should be used. Manufacturer's advice must be sought if any non standard mixing or curing conditions are being considered.

Mix parts A (light grey, opaque liquid) and B (white, opaque liquid) in a volume ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Ref:10139', 'Issue Date:8/21/2017'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'VETOPROOF EC720'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 84.8:15.2 weight ratio and apply three coats as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'MoS-SA-G1104-M-AK-09-23', dated '18 September 2023'. Cure first coat for 24 hours at 23°C, second coat for 24 hours at 23°C and third coat for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VETOPROOF EC722'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 85.4:14.6 weight ratio and apply three coats as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'MoS-SA-G1101-M-AK-09-23', dated '18 September 2023'. Cure first coat for 24 hours at 23°C, second coat for 24 hours at 23°C and third coat for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. ‘Nitcote CM 210’. Site applied, two-part, grey coloured (once applied), Cementitious Waterproofing coating. Mix ‘CM 210 white’ liquid polymer and ‘CM 210 grey’ powder in a 1:3.6 weight ratio and apply two coats as per manufacturer's TDS 'UAE/0210/23/Z-1'. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours@35°C and Coat 2 for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Nitocote EP 405’. Site applied, two-part,white coloured epoxy based Waterproofing coating. Mix 3.1 litres of the base with 0.9 litres of hardener and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘UAE/0228/22/K’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
