Mix sand, cement and water in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'doc: Ascent-01', 'vision: A08052023', dated '2023-05-08'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ascent-02 Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'Ascent02-2511', dated '2025.11.25'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
Range of gate valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies and either an EPDM coated brass wedge (¾” - 1¼” of ASCENT01 models) or EPDM coated ductile iron wedge (all other models). The ASCENT01 models incorporate a square operating nut and the ASCENT02 models incorporate a hand wheel operating member. Maximum working pressures: ASCENT01 models: 16.0bar, ASCENT02 models: 10.0 or 16.0bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
