For use with water up to 60°C. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Kubota sulphate-resisting Portland cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix sand, cement and water in a mass ratio of 1:2.5:0.4. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. 'Kubotapowder TK1413F'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'GR-294E' dated 2018/10/01. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. 'TEPICOMPOWDER PC-200F U'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Information 'No. SG23180' dated '11 June 2021'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

‘V-PET#1600 Gray F’. Factory applied, dark grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref.no. VP1600-PD-170412’, dated '12th April 2017'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SURU Lubricant'. Yellow coloured lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '18th Feb 2015'. For use with water up to 60°C.
'KUBOTA Moderate Heat Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mix sand:cement;water in a 2.4:1.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'KBT20250107', dated '7th January 2025'. Cure for 6 hours @40°C followed by 18 hours @20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chosui Coat Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy resin coating, Mix base:hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS 'CN：IF438122003', dated '03/06/2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F (SPD)'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'RP23242', dated 'December 26, 2023'. Cure for 6 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F I'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS '4384-23-403' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. 'V-PET#1340QD-F GRAY'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2211447-2' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPONICS WP-NS (No. 20170209)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy resin coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 7:3 and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘1838-K’ dated February 2017. Cure for 168 hours@30°C, then 168 hours@60°C and 'rest' for 168 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
