Mix sand:cement;water in a 2.4:1.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'KBT20250107', dated '7th January 2025'. Cure for 6 hours @40°C followed by 18 hours @20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chosui Coat Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy resin coating, Mix base:hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS 'CN：IF438122003', dated '03/06/2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F (SPD)'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'RP23242', dated 'December 26, 2023'. Cure for 6 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F I'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS '4384-23-403' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V-PET#1340QD-F GRAY'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2211447-2' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
