Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a cubed type member that incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate flow regulators, plastic strainers and approved single check valve cartridges (however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides backflow protection).
