'ELECTROLINE ES 1212'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component, solvent -free epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@28°C - 30°C. From August 2019 to October 2022 the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From November 2022 to August 2024 the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocement type CEM III A'. Factory applied, grey coloured slag cement mortar, intended to line ductile iron pipes and fittings. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 28 days at 20°C - 22°C OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Birla SRPC - Electrocement'. Factory applied, grey coloured, cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocement CEM1-SR3 - Dalmia SRPC'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 4 days at 26°C, and then at 32°C for a further 24 days OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Electroline ES 1212-Black`. Factory applied, black coloured, 2 part epoxy coating. Mix parts A&B in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
