Range of injection moulded, VMQ rubber gaskets, seals, diaphragms & `O` rings manufactured from the below compounds. The components are available in blue, green, grey, opaque (beige coloured), red, transparent (un-pigmented), white & yellow. The numbers in the name of the compound indicates the shore hardness between 40 & 80. For use with water up to 85°C. S50B04E, S60B00E, S70B06E, S70B07E, S70V02E, S50V01E, S60O02E, S70O05E, S50O03E, S50O05E, S60O01E, S70O03E, S40A01E, S60A00E, S70A02E, S30R01E, S40R03E, S45R01E, S50R10E, S50R01E, S60R05E, S65R04E, S70R04E, S80R01E, S40R02E, S50R06E, S60R07E, S70R19E, S70R24E, S50T05E, S50T00E, S55T00E, S60T00E, S60T00T, S70T04E, S70T00E, S75T00E, S80T00E, S50I01E, S60I02E, S65I01E, S70I01E, S80I01E & S70G01E. Tested in-radii sizes; Gaskets: 0.2mm - 5.0mm. Seals & `O` rings: 0.5mm - 5.0mm. Diaphragms: 0.4mm - 3.5mm
'KF945W, KF955W, KF965W & KF975W'. Black coloured, compression moulded, silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness between 45 & 75. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SIL70 Red'. Red coloured, injection moulded silicone rubber 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.35mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Silicon 7600 Diaphragm & Silicon 7800 Seat Disc'. Red coloured, compression moulded silicone rubber diaphragm & washer. The 'Silicon 7600 Diaphragm' has a shore hardness of 60 and a tested in-radius size of 0.78mm. The 'Silicon 7800 Seat Disc' has a shore hardness of 80 and a tested in-radius size of 0.79mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
