Back To Directory Sections'NB70N-0203 Gasket'. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded NBR gasket. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C. When processing an application for WRAS Product Approval: The in-radius tolerance rule may be applied to the gasket, but only to gaskets and no other shape. This is the only shape of component covered by the approval.
'210N' components. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber ‘O’ rings, washers and lip seals. Shore hardness 70. The ‘O’ rings have an in-radius of 1.31mm, the washers 1.05mm and the lip seals 0.45mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Water Life'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 1.25mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘ME0996’ components. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber components. ‘O’-rings with an in-radius size of between 0.5mm & 5.0mm. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. Between November 2023 and April 2024, the approval included gaskets with an in-radius size of 5.0mm. Shore hardness 40. From May 2024 the gasket range was extended to include gaskets with an in-radius size of between 0.5mm & 5.0mm. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. For use with water up to 23°C.
