'Aropol M 105 TA & Enguard GE NTRL HH': Translucent straw coloured (glossy one side textured the other), polyester laminating resin manufactured by hand lay-up & gelcoat (brush applied), sheet material. ‘Aropol M 105 TAXR & Enguard GE WHI S’: White coloured (glossy) on one side, translucent straw coloured (textured on the other), polyester laminating resin manufactured by hand lay-up & gelcoat (spray applied), sheet material. Apply as per Ineos Composites method statement ‘Preparation of laminated products for freshwater applications (WRAS)’, ‘code R071, edition 2’ dated 19.1.22. Cure for 9 hours at 23°C with 2% of MEKP-50 catalyst, post-cure for 24 hours@50°C and wash part thoroughly in water before use. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Crystic 274E`. Olive coloured, contact moulded, GRP unsaturated polyester material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Crystic Vinyl Ester VE671PA'. Brown coloured (translucent), contact moulded GRP laminating material. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘Polycor LP Gel Coat reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE laminating resin’. ‘Polycor LP Gel Coat’ is a brush or spray applied polyester resin gel coat, available in white or grey colours and is reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE glass fibre laminate. Apply the brush grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7100’ dated 10.10.17 and apply the spray grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7200’ also dated 10.10.17. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'LZFRP-GE-01'. Green coloured, GRE material manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'BÜFA®-ISO-Gelcoat 3000-H 572-9735 & Synolite 5410-P-4'. Grey coloured, unsaturated polyester gelcoat with a hand-laid unsaturated polyester resin and fibreglass laminate. Apply and cure in accordance with manufacturer's user guides 'Q-035, issue 1' & 'BUKUG 1001, issue 1' dated 19/08/2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Crystic VE660'. Olive coloured, contact moulded GRP material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Atlac 430'. Yellow coloured, vinyl ester resin material manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 60°C.
