'KOROGUARD 20 RED & GREY'. Factory applied, two-component epoxy coatings available in red and grey. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 'Jan 2024'. 'APLICAPROOF PUA P'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev - 06/2024'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'APLICAPROOF PU W'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. 'Hempadur 35560 Cream Coating with Hempadur 15590 Red Primer'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-component epoxy coating for use with epoxy primer. ‘Hempadur 15590 Red Primer’ is a two-component primer to be mixed in a 15:4 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturers PDS dated ‘October 2024’. Cure for 16 hours@20°C. 'Hempadur 35560 Cream’ is a two-component coating to be mixed in a 6.8:2 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturers PDS dated ‘May 2024’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JAZLINE DW'. Factory applied, two-component, light green coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued '1 / 2022'. Cure for 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'P • HSR42.5'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement:medium sand:water in 1:1.4:0.45 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Version 03', dated '29th-07-2024'. Cure for 3 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TC-7808-19'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated June 8, 2019. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe IL 6001-120S'. Factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to be coated for 15 minutes@200°C and coating applied as per manufacturer's TDS dated '22 August 2018'. Post-cure for 15 min@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chosui Coat Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy resin coating, Mix base:hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS 'CN：IF438122003', dated '03/06/2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F (SPD)'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'RP23242', dated 'December 26, 2023'. Cure for 6 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F I'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS '4384-23-403' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V-PET#1340QD-F GRAY'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2211447-2' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘EKOPIPE 900 Blue’. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a mass ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'No:09, Rev.Date: January 2021'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EVER-SRC-1'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2024-09-10', revision 'A0'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Epigard Solvent Free Epoxy Finish'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix base & accelerator in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per user instructions dated '20th Dec 2024'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing and mixing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure/mix conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VALVFIT 001 (blue) & VALVHIT 002 (red) Epoxy Powder Coatings'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'VALVFIT-2412001' dated '12.17.2024'. 'EP015-UTB'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'PR-CA-00-024' dated 15-02-19. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. 'NF 131118'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-part, water-based epoxy coating. Mix resin and curing agent in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V1', dated '20240423'. Cure for 60 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 7:3 and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘1838-K’ dated February 2017. Cure for 168 hours@30°C, then 168 hours@60°C and 'rest' for 168 hours before use. 'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet dated 9th November 2015. Cure for 2 minutes, 30 seconds@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'90000 KANEPOX SF-A'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A and component B. Mix and apply as per data sheet ‘Rev. No. 01’ dated January 2024. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
