'Advashield PW'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued 1st September 2024. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MJ-6'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Mix in a 63%/21.8%/13.2%/2% ratio and apply as per manufacturers instructions 'v1', dated '06-05-2023'. Cure for 60 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NMSP2104 M & ER2104A01SM'. The following coatings were added to the approval in March 2025: ER2209A01SC, ER2252A01SC, ER2259A01SC & ER2260A01SC. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual 'PEM 38', edition '01' dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PMSP5099-M & EP5099D01SC'. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual 'PEM 37', edition '01' dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PRIMGREEN® ENDURANCE & Primgreen LAT 12035' primers for use with 'RILSAN® PA11 T BLUE 7444 MAC (16293), PA11 T GREY 5161 MAC (17203), PA11 T WHITE 1488 AC (17219) & PA11 T BLACK 7450 AC (17185)' coatings. Factory applied primers and powder coatings. The piece to be coated is to be pre-heated to 330°C for 10 minutes, the primer and coating applied in accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20' and then cured for 10 minutes@330°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'FY Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'FR20240910', dated '2024-09-10'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-3-2024'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fluiglide E'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating consisting of a base and activator. Mix base and activator in a mass ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS product reference ‘4/05’, last reviewed ‘March 2024’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NMSP2104 M'. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual ‘specification no. PIN-10’, revision no. '0' dated '15/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EDELPOXY FNSL 151'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use, reference number 'PC 151', dated January 16, 2015. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431’ primer for use with ‘HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM -CZL8579’ finish/topcoat. Factory applied, black coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy primer for use with acrylic coating. Mix base & hardener of primer in a 100:10 weight ratio and apply one coat as per manufacturers TDS ‘NATZINC EP9010 BI 5431’, dated ‘February 2024’. No cure required. Apply one coat of the topcoat as per manufacturers TDS ‘HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM CZL8579’, dated ‘July 2018’ and cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SUPERPOXY 5000RP'. Factory applied, two component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'SPI 20170413 ' dated September 1st, 2016. Cure for 58 hours@24°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sigmaguard CSF 585/Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 77.5:22.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet '7785', dated 'August 19, 2022'. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL'. Factory applied, grey coloured ordinary portland cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per work instructions 'JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/WI-11', version '3.3', effective date '15.04.2024'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (OPC-JKL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured ordinary portland cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per work instructions 'JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/WI-11', version '3.3', effective date '15.04.2024'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KUBOTA Moderate Heat Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mix sand:cement;water in a 2.4:1.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'KBT20250107', dated '7th January 2025'. Cure for 6 hours @40°C followed by 18 hours @20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSGL-SRC (U)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate resistant cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.7:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSGL/WI/14', issue no, '02', revision no. '00', dated '29.09.2018'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 4 hours@45°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JSGL-OPC (E)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland cement. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KOROGUARD 20 RED & GREY'. Factory applied, two-component epoxy coatings available in red and grey. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 'Jan 2024'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'APLICAPROOF PUA P'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev - 06/2024'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. 'Hempadur 35560 Cream Coating with Hempadur 15590 Red Primer'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-component epoxy coating for use with epoxy primer. ‘Hempadur 15590 Red Primer’ is a two-component primer to be mixed in a 15:4 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturers PDS dated ‘October 2024’. Cure for 16 hours@20°C. 'Hempadur 35560 Cream’ is a two-component coating to be mixed in a 6.8:2 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturers PDS dated ‘May 2024’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JAZLINE DW'. Factory applied, two-component, light green coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued '1 / 2022'. Cure for 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'P • HSR42.5'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement:medium sand:water in 1:1.4:0.45 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Version 03', dated '29th-07-2024'. Cure for 3 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TC-7808-19'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated June 8, 2019. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe IL 6001-120S'. Factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to be coated for 15 minutes@200°C and coating applied as per manufacturer's TDS dated '22 August 2018'. Post-cure for 15 min@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chosui Coat Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy resin coating, Mix base:hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS 'CN：IF438122003', dated '03/06/2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F (SPD)'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'RP23242', dated 'December 26, 2023'. Cure for 6 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F I'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS '4384-23-403' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V-PET#1340QD-F GRAY'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2211447-2' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘EKOPIPE 900 Blue’. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a mass ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'No:09, Rev.Date: January 2021'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EVER-SRC-1'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2024-09-10', revision 'A0'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Epigard Solvent Free Epoxy Finish'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix base & accelerator in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per user instructions dated '20th Dec 2024'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing and mixing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure/mix conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VALVFIT 001 (blue) & VALVHIT 002 (red) Epoxy Powder Coatings'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'VALVFIT-2412001' dated '12.17.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EP015-UTB'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'PR-CA-00-024' dated 15-02-19. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. 'NF 131118'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-part, water-based epoxy coating. Mix resin and curing agent in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V1', dated '20240423'. Cure for 60 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE® 864'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-part Polyurethane coating. Mix parts A and B in a 66:34 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '26/11/2024'. Cure for 50 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Electrocement CEM III/B-SR - Ramco Slag'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 0.6:1.0:0.22 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WP-08-05 I, issue no. 04, Rev. 0', dated '22.08.2024'. Cure for 24 hours at 27°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'GM2025'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'GMSM01' dated '2024.11.16'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Wudu brand-NF 131118'. Factory applied, black coloured, two-component, water based epoxy coating. Mix in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V2', dated '20240821'. Cure for 1 hour@50°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Dicoat 60 EX Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'SPL/R&D/TTD/UI/007', version '01', dated '03.11.2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 7:3 and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘1838-K’ dated February 2017. Cure for 168 hours@30°C, then 168 hours@60°C and 'rest' for 168 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CP231200'. Factory applied, two-part water-based epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'File No. HBB-01', 'Version: A', dated '2024.6.30'. Cure for 24 hours@26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet dated 9th November 2015. Cure for 2 minutes, 30 seconds@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'90000 KANEPOX SF-A'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A and component B. Mix and apply as per data sheet ‘Rev. No. 01’ dated January 2024. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
