Resicoat factory applied, epoxy powder coatings. The coatings are electrostatically applied by spray onto a panel pre-heated for 15 minutes@225°C and then post cured for 15 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. Resicoat R4 blue R4-FB HJC06R & R4-ES HJF26R. Resicoat R4 red/red-brown R4-ES HGF03R. Resicoat R4 black R4-FB HNC01R. Resicoat R4 black: R4-ES HNF04R.
‘PVEF undercoat with Fluiglide Topcoat’. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), coating system comprising of ‘Polyglass VEF’, two-component glassflake vinyl ester undercoat and ‘Fluiglide’, two-component polyester topcoat. Mix and apply ‘Polyglass VEF’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference 2/23’ dated ‘5th June 2007’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for 24 hrs@20°C (±1°C). Mix and apply ‘Fluiglide’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference ‘4/01’, valid from ‘23rd October 1995’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for a minimum of 6 days@20°C (with a lower tolerance of -1°C). These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'QY031E'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 250°C and then apply the coating at a temperature of 160°C as per manufacturer's product specification 'QY031E-01' dated '2022-3-23'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the application and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GTH-CC Iron Red'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 20:4 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's painting guide '202105006' dated 'May 27, 2021'. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GTH-CC Ice Grey'. Factory applied, two-component, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 20:4 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's painting guide '202105006' dated 'May 27, 2021'. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lacaze Radiant'. Factory applied, two part, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 100:26 weight ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet 'NT-0229-UK-201109-C' dated 11/05/2022. Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'RC851'. Factory applied, two part, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 100:26 weight ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet 'NT-0229-UK-201109-C' dated 11/05/2022. Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tianbao SS Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, two-component white coloured epoxy coating. Mix component 1 and component 2 in a mass ratio of 6:1 and apply as per manufacturer's operation in instructions 'Tianbao SS', 'version 1.0' issued on '06/02/2021'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epigard DT High Build Finish Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ‘Document Ref : SPL/R&D/TTD/UI/001, Issue No.01, Version: 01’ dated 01.11.2015. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Kejriwal OPC’. Factory applied, grey coloured in-organic, Ordinary Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.2:0.5. Cure for 28 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epilux QD Exterior Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and accelerator. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet '679', dated 'Jun 2020'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPACRETE EPAPOX 25 & EPAPROOF FPCS WFC'. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurea coating system. 'EPACRETE EPAPOX 25’ is a two-component epoxy primer which is to be mixed in a 2:1 weight ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s TDS ‘EN 1504-2’, revision date 01.140317. ‘EPAPROOF FPCS WFC' is a two-component polyurea coating which is to be mixed in a 1:1 ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s TDS ‘EN 1504-2’, revision date ’01-2020’. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote® 47-20 Brun Rouge'. Factory applied, red coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy coating. Mix resin and hardener in an 80:20 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '15/06/2021'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. his material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'E0-850-5210-001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'nr.01, rev.00, issue 01' dated 01/082016. Cure for 30 minutes@210°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AMMT-001G Two Component Epoxy Resin Coating/Ceramic Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, off-white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Components A and B are preheated to 60°C, mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1.& applied as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 2.00', dated '11/01/2021'. Cure for 1 hour@60°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POWTON E5000P-WT'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'issue reference SPI 20170215' dated 21st January 2015. Cure for 15 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POWTON E5000P-WT (grey)'. Factory applied, grey coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated January 21st 2015. Cure for 15 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Blue coloured, factory applied, Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating. Apply as per manufacturer's application guide dated 'October 2018'. Cure for 5 minutes@245°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JPC Liquid Epoxy Paint'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy paint. Mix components A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ' JPC-FG-A/06-21/009 & JPC-FG-B/06-21/009' dated '02/06/2021'. Cure for 7 days@34°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
