'JDFF epoxy powder coating’. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions (Procedure #: Pc-01-3, Work Instruction #: JDFF WI-Pc-01-3-1, Revision #: 2, Issue #: 5, date: 10-01-2023). Cure for 2½ minutes at 232°C. 'Cleantech PW'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix component A and component B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/17-18/04/R6/spray'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Information '704G_TDS', revised 'August 16,2022'. Post-cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the post-curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the post-cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KAJ1207'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'XA12312', dated 26/12/2022. Cure for 15 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PPA571ES Black 700 & PPA571 Black 700'. Factory applied Polyolefin PE Coatings. Apply 'PPA571 Black 700' by fluidised bed according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022' and dip in the bed for 5-8 seconds. Apply 'PPA571ES Black 700' by electrostatic spray according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022'. Cure for 190-200°C for 20 mins. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AL035P Interpon 100 Gloss Light Grey'. Factory applied, light grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'Interpon 100 -AL035P - Issue #01', revision date '20.07.2021'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CY7000 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction manual 'YS-QNS-WZBC-2021W', dated 'May 20, 2021'. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'C21 Dyopox PTW White'. Factory applied, two-part, creamy white coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '2011'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Klubertop TP 38-901’. Site applied, (transparent) white coloured PTFE lubricant coating. Apply and cure as per Kluber Lubrication product information sheet ‘Prod. 099030, en-GB, Edition 12.05.2022’. For use with water up to 85°C.
'68093X'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply per manufacturer's instructions 'V2.3' dated March 2018. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C For use with water up to 85°C. 'Kinlin Epoxy Power Coating (Green colour, EPX‐111A)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'XL-R-019-G1' dated '2018-9-21'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Relithane 151. Factory applied, brown coloured, two-component Polyurethane coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2.5:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines, Revision 2, 157/2022' dated 12th October 2022. Cure for 40 seconds@35°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AL 8423'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '08423', version '02-2024' and cure for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'APCOSHIELD FBVL EX400G – RAL 5005 Blue & RAL 5017 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s datasheet ‘PDS/APPPG/V01/01-2024’. Post-cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'APCOSHIELD FBPC EX405SG INTER GREEN'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'PDS/APPPG/V02/01-2024'. Post-cure for 15 minutes@200°C. 'Pentaline 1000 HT Red'. Factory applied, red coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Chembur R&D/PI/23/02' dated 28/12/2023. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotun Marathon IQ2'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A:B in a ratio of 3:1 parts and apply as per 'Jotun Marathon IQ2' Technical Data Sheet dated '16 April 2021'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'G52-06 Quick-drying type Black High Chlorinated Polyethylene Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'XYJSMS002', dated January 10th, 2023. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ for use with ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’. Factory applied, white or blue coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy coating comprising of Coat 1 and Coat 2. ‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ (Coat 1) comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 80:20 volume ratio and applied as PDS ‘7416’, dated February 25, 2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’ is to be applied as Coat 2 and each comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 77.5:22.5 ratio and applied as PDS ‘7785’, dated August 19, 2022. Cure for 12 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'LMI Hygienic CML'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement mortar:sand:water in a weight ratio of 36:46:18 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'LMICMA012624', dated '1/26/2024'. Cure for 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Alsen FBE Blue Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'AIPL 1212/1', dated '07/06/2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours:235°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSC-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:water: cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'GB0012023', edition 'A1'. dated '2023-10-10'. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81 & IW81)’ – blue coloured and ‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81812 & IW81)’ – red coloured’. Factory applied, two component, epoxy coatings consisting of IV81 or IV81812 (base) and IW81 (hardener). Mix IV81 or IV81812 (base) & IW81 (hardener) in a mass ratio of 5:1 or volume ratio of 3.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s data sheets ‘Rev: 04 – 04.12.2023’ (blue) or ‘Rev: 03 – 04.12.2023’ (red). Cure for 20 minutes@22°C and then 40 minutes@75°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JBG-SRPC Plus'. Factory applied, sulphate resisting Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JBG-OPC Plus'. Factory applied, grey coloured, ordinary Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LRPOLO22-V'. Factory applied, clear vinyl-ester resin. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'LRF-QAC-FM-003, Rev 02', dated '27th Dec 2022'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LRPOLO22-ISO'. Factory applied, yellow coloured Isophthalic Polyester Resin. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'LRF-QAC-FM-002, Rev 02', dated '27th Dec 2022'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431 Primer for use with HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 Coating’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured (once applied), powder coating for use with two-part epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B of primer in a 100:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hrs at 20°C. Apply coating as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024 and cure for 21 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JM 9-2910'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'edition no.1', issue date 2019-9-5. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. `WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's TDS dated '24/11/2021'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TEFRO®cor 150SW-LV'. Grey coloured, factory applied epoxy coating. Mix in a 6:1 weight ratio (4:1 volume ratio) and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet, 'Revision Status 02/11/2023'. Cure for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'18521 Kanepox Lining Free Cream or Red for use with Kanepox Hardener 0362'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A (18521) and component B (0362). Mix and apply as per date sheet ‘Rev. No. 11’ dated February 2018. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Hempadur 3556K’. Factory applied, cream coloured epoxy coating consisting of a two-part primer and two-part top coat. The two-part primer is Hempadur 15590 red (56880) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 7.93:2.14 and applied as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. The two-part top coat is Hempadur 3556K cream (20320) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and applied as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated March 2024. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Hempadur 3556K’. Factory applied, cream coloured epoxy coating consisting of a two-part first coat and two-part second coat. The two-part first coat is Hempadur 3556K light red (50900) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and then cured for 24 hours@20°C. The two-part second coat is Hempadur 3556K cream (20320) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and then cured for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempaline® Defend 630 Cure 72', blue coloured coating. Between February 2024 and April 2025, the blue coloured coating was for use with water up to 50°C. Between May 2025 and February 2029, the blue coloured coating is for use with water up to 80°C. In May 2025, 'Hempaline® Defend 630 Cure 72', white coloured coating was added to the approval. For use with water up to 80°C. Factory applied, two-part epoxy phenolic coatings consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix base and curing agent in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated May 2025. Cure for 6 days@20°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PRIMER NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A’ Primer for use with ' HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 ' top-coat. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied) primer and finish-coat. Mix base:hardener of primer in a 100:10 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS February 2024. Then apply top-coat as per manufacturer’s TDS February 2024. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempathane PW 35660 blue & off-white`. Factory applied, two-component polyurethane liquid coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per product data sheet dated December 2023. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Transpoxy Guard 472'. Factory applied, two-part, creamy white coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 'January 2017'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM Sulphate Resisting Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.0:2.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '004', dated '2023.02.01'. Air cure for 4 hours at 23°C and the vapour cure for 6 hours at 60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM5 Blast Furnace Slag Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.0:2.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '002', dated '2023.02.01'. Air cure for 4 hours at 23°C and the vapour cure for 6 hours at 60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikafloor® P 649 and Sikalastic® M 649 Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply Sikafloor® P 649 primer as per Product Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_P_649_04_24’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply Sikalastic® M 649 Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_M_649_06_21/v3/01_24/v4/03_24’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PM6/35/7153'. Factory applied, grey coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet RTU version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'PP8000 M62091'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet version '01-2018'. Cure for 7 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'JERLAC Solventless Epoxy Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component Epoxy coating. Mix Base:Curing Agent in a 2:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference 'BN434', dated '24/07/2023', revision '00'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Wanan brand WA F 501'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per 'Wanan Industry Group Co., Ltd.' TDS 'WATDS20200801a' dated 'Aug. 1, 2020'. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'E0-850-5210-001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per 'Ziac Trattamenti Metallici SNC' instructions 'nr.01, rev.00, issue 01' dated 01/082016. Cure for 30 minutes@210°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'MS 520B'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ref. PRO PR 15 Gi 01 UK' dated April 04, 2024. Cure for 10 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
