'AL 8423'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '08423', version '02-2024' and cure for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'APCOSHIELD FBVL EX400G – RAL 5005 Blue & RAL 5017 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s datasheet ‘PDS/APPPG/V01/01-2024’. Post-cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'APCOSHIELD FBPC EX405SG INTER GREEN'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'PDS/APPPG/V02/01-2024'. Post-cure for 15 minutes@200°C. 'Pentaline 1000 HT Red'. Factory applied, red coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Chembur R&D/PI/23/02' dated 28/12/2023. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotun Marathon IQ2'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A:B in a ratio of 3:1 parts and apply as per 'Jotun Marathon IQ2' Technical Data Sheet dated '16 April 2021'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'G52-06 Quick-drying type Black High Chlorinated Polyethylene Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'XYJSMS002', dated January 10th, 2023. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ for use with ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’. Factory applied, white or blue coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy coating comprising of Coat 1 and Coat 2. ‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ (Coat 1) comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 80:20 volume ratio and applied as PDS ‘7416’, dated February 25, 2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’ is to be applied as Coat 2 and each comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 77.5:22.5 ratio and applied as PDS ‘7785’, dated August 19, 2022. 'LMI Hygienic CML'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement mortar:sand:water in a weight ratio of 36:46:18 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'LMICMA012624', dated '1/26/2024'. Cure for 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Alsen FBE Blue Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'AIPL 1212/1', dated '07/06/2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours:235°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JSC-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:water: cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'GB0012023', edition 'A1'. dated '2023-10-10'. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81 & IW81)’ – blue coloured and ‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81812 & IW81)’ – red coloured’. Factory applied, two component, epoxy coatings consisting of IV81 or IV81812 (base) and IW81 (hardener). Mix IV81 or IV81812 (base) & IW81 (hardener) in a mass ratio of 5:1 or volume ratio of 3.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s data sheets ‘Rev: 04 – 04.12.2023’ (blue) or ‘Rev: 03 – 04.12.2023’ (red). Cure for 20 minutes@22°C and then 40 minutes@75°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JBG-SRPC Plus'. Factory applied, sulphate resisting Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JBG-OPC Plus'. Factory applied, grey coloured, ordinary Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LRPOLO22-V'. Factory applied, clear vinyl-ester resin. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'LRF-QAC-FM-003, Rev 02', dated '27th Dec 2022'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LRPOLO22-ISO'. Factory applied, yellow coloured Isophthalic Polyester Resin. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'LRF-QAC-FM-002, Rev 02', dated '27th Dec 2022'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431 Primer for use with HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 Coating’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured (once applied), powder coating for use with two-part epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B of primer in a 100:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hrs at 20°C. Apply coating as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024 and cure for 21 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'KAJ1207'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'file no. I01-KAJ1207' dated '2019.1.14'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'OBE-5378'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'OBE-HG-001', edition 'A1', issue date '2023-OCT.-11st'. Cure for 10 minutes at 190°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JM 9-2910'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'edition no.1', issue date 2019-9-5. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. `WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's TDS dated '24/11/2021'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TEFRO®cor 150SW-LV'. Grey coloured, factory applied epoxy coating. Mix in a 6:1 weight ratio (4:1 volume ratio) and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet, 'Revision Status 02/11/2023'. Cure for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'18521 Kanepox Lining Free Cream or Red for use with Kanepox Hardener 0362'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A (18521) and component B (0362). Mix and apply as per date sheet ‘Rev. No. 11’ dated February 2018. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Hempadur 3556K’. Factory applied, cream coloured epoxy coating consisting of a two-part primer and two-part top coat. The two-part primer is Hempadur 15590 red (56880) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 7.93:2.14 and applied as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. The two-part top coat is Hempadur 3556K cream (20320) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and applied as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated March 2024. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Hempadur 3556K’. Factory applied, cream coloured epoxy coating consisting of a two-part first coat and two-part second coat. The two-part first coat is Hempadur 3556K light red (50900) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and then cured for 24 hours@20°C. The two-part second coat is Hempadur 3556K cream (20320) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and then cured for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempaline® Defend 630 Cure 72', blue coloured coating. Between February 2024 and April 2025, the blue coloured coating was for use with water up to 50°C. Between May 2025 and February 2029, the blue coloured coating is for use with water up to 80°C. In May 2025, 'Hempaline® Defend 630 Cure 72', white coloured coating was added to the approval. For use with water up to 80°C. Factory applied, two-part epoxy phenolic coatings consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix base and curing agent in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated May 2025. Cure for 6 days@20°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PRIMER NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A’ Primer for use with ' HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 ' top-coat. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied) primer and finish-coat. Mix base:hardener of primer in a 100:10 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS February 2024. Then apply top-coat as per manufacturer’s TDS February 2024. Cure for 21 days@23°C. 'Hempathane PW 35660 blue & off-white`. Factory applied, two-component polyurethane liquid coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per product data sheet dated December 2023. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Transpoxy Guard 472'. Factory applied, two-part, creamy white coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 'January 2017'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM Sulphate Resisting Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.0:2.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '004', dated '2023.02.01'. Air cure for 4 hours at 23°C and the vapour cure for 6 hours at 60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM5 Blast Furnace Slag Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.0:2.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '002', dated '2023.02.01'. Air cure for 4 hours at 23°C and the vapour cure for 6 hours at 60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikafloor® P 649 and Sikalastic® M 649 Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply Sikafloor® P 649 primer as per Product Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_P_649_04_24’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply Sikalastic® M 649 Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_M_649_06_21/v3/01_24/v4/03_24’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'PM6/35/7153'. Factory applied, grey coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet RTU version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'PP8000 M62091'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet version '01-2018'. Cure for 7 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'JERLAC Solventless Epoxy Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component Epoxy coating. Mix Base:Curing Agent in a 2:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference 'BN434', dated '24/07/2023', revision '00'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Wanan brand WA F 501'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per 'Wanan Industry Group Co., Ltd.' TDS 'WATDS20200801a' dated 'Aug. 1, 2020'. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'E0-850-5210-001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per 'Ziac Trattamenti Metallici SNC' instructions 'nr.01, rev.00, issue 01' dated 01/082016. Cure for 30 minutes@210°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MS 520B'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ref. PRO PR 15 Gi 01 UK' dated April 04, 2024. Cure for 10 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190'. Factory applied, blue coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 21 days@23°C. Between April 2024 and July 2024, the paint is for use with water up to 50°C. From August 2024 the paint is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM - CZL8579'. Factory applied, black coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated July 2018. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'NAVCOAT-001 HT'. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen based paint. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'NCB/001', issue date '12.07.2023'. Cure 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Loctite EA 109'. Factory applied, grey/beige coloured, heat cured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS for Loctite ESP109 (product has changed name) dated July 2007. Cure for 2 hours@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Loctite PC 7255 GN (Green) coating for use with Bonderite M-NT 1455-W primer'. Factory applied, green coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. In June 2025 ‘LOCTITE PC 7255 GY (Grey) coating for use with BONDERITE M-NT 1455 Primer-W Coating’ was added to the approval. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. Prime the surface to be coated with the Bonderite primer wipe. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated October 2016. Cure for 7 days@23°C at 45% relative humidity. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Balinit Milubia'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two layered coating system consisting of a titanium bottom layer & diamond like coating top layer. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions '080224' dated 08-Feb-2024. No curing required. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Endoprene® 85-20’. Factory applied, two component, beige coloured, solvent free polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated '09/09/2019'. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. ‘ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating Green’ was added to the approval in November 2025. Green coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HY/NG' dated '2023-06-02'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
