Mix parts A & B in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Information, issue date '6/1/2022'. Cure for 1 minute@25°C and then 7 days @23. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pentaline DT-750'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VIMPOTABLE 34 EPOXY PAINT'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Bulletin 'VP/02', issue date '01.01.2021'. Cure for 7 days@50°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Pearlbond PUP SF2K Primer and DuraPearl HP 500 PW Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply 'Pearlbond PUP SF2K Primer’ as per Product Data Sheet '2023-02-27'. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply ‘DuraPearl HP 500 PW Coating' as per Product Data Sheet ‘210705’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'FP60 Dark Blue'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'FP60/Rev:3' October 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YHGuard8680 Primer & YHChlor6200 Topcoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), coating system comprising of an epoxy primer and polyethylene topcoat. 'YHGuard8680 Primer’ comprises of a binder and hardener to be mixed in a 30:2.5 weight ratio before being applied as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘8680 20220601’. Cure for 12 hours@25°C. Apply ‘YHChlor6200 Topcoat' as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘6200 20220601’. Cure for 5 hours hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SPL Gold Portland Slag Cement'. Grey coloured, factory applied Portland Slag cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.4:0.35 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours@27°C, 70% relative humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product information dated 'August 16,2022'. Cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RMD 7080/xx, RUD 2230/xx, RMD 7100/xx, RUD 2247/xx, RUD 2273/xx, RMD 7061/xx'. 'xx' denotes the customer and can be replaced with numbers between 01 & 99. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '0703231010' dated 14.03.23. Cure for 10 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. ML-9005WGL414 (black coloured - RAL 9005), ML-6018WGL424 (green coloured - RAL 6018), ML-9A10WGL444 (white coloured - RAL 9010), ML-5007WGL424 (blue coloured - RAL 5007) & ML-6621WGL424 (green coloured - Pantone 334 C). Factory applied, electro-statically sprayed epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Pdb_ML-WGL414-EN (03-2023)’, dated ’23.03.2023’. ‘KUBOTA SEAL AC’. Factory applied, colourless acrylic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref. no. 65700H-2.3’ dated 'Mar. 14.2017'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘V-PET#1600 Gray F’. Factory applied, dark grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref.no. VP1600-PD-170412’, dated '12th April 2017'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. '5013 High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/IFU number '001', dated '2022.11.30'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. Factory applied, grey coloured blast furnace slag cements. ‘BFSC PAM MDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.35:0.0080:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 7M’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. BFSC PAM GDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.84:0.0065:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 8M/-3A’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. 'GCF-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a ratio of 4:2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'QC-WI-8.1.8, revision 2/0, issue date 30/10/2021'. Cure for 28 days@24°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Titanseal 989'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's application instructions dated '09.03.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Epilux QD DW Coating - Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Base and Catalyst in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's 'Product Information Data Sheet No: 780', 'Revision: 00', 'Issue Date Feb-22'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Epoxy PB Pipe Green (W) & Epoxy FB Pipe Green (HW)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coatings. The substrate to which the coating is to be applied is pre-heated to 220˚C for 15 minutes before applying the coating as per product data sheet dated '27th June 2023'. Post-cure for 15 minutes@215°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the pre-heat and post-cure conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Versapox PW'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two component solvent free epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'issue No. 01', dated 'Jan 2022'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PULRON 101 AQUA’. Factory applied, green coloured polyethylene coating. Apply a single coat (200μm thickness) as per manufacturer's instructions 'ELS.TT.C01.40', 'Rev00', dated '13.06.2023', Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. Between June 2023 and December 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between January 2025 and June 2028, the material is for use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RF (Riyadh Foundry)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instruction 'WI.PR.07', revision '01/01/', dated '16.02.2022'.. Cure for 3 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'HKUST002'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'HKUST002101001', '01', dated '03/11/2020'. Cure for 168 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocoat EP812 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'ECL / TDS / EP 812 - BLUE, RAL 5017', issue date '12-Jan-13', version '03', revision date '25-Sept-14'. Cure for 1 hour@60°C followed by 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. From March 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPW-6575S8T-20 Epoxy RAL 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev:00/December 2022'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Promag’. Factory applied, black coloured PUR coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Promag Primer’ is a two-part primer to be mixed in a 1:2 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 2 hours@23°C. ‘Promag Topcoat’ is a three-part topcoat to be mixed in a 92.59:5.19:2.22 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 20 seconds@20-26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-2-2023'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YT425'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'AYYT01' dated '2023.3.16'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polywarm'. Factory applied, brown coloured enamel powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '1024'. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Interpon HYF PLUS HJ701I'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product datasheet 'Ed.3 – October 2014' and stove/cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Purethane® NXT’. Factory applied, two-component, natural (appears off-white) polyurethane coating. Mix resin and activator in a 2.5:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'APP-CA-NXT-Rev 03' dated 01.04.2017. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Euronavy Engineering EW0100'. Factory applied, two-pack white coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS edition 'February 2023'. Cure for 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SIGMALINE 855 (11) Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. 'SIGMALINE 855 (11) Blue' is for use with water up to 23°C. In September 2024 ‘SIGMALINE 855 (11) Off White’ was added to the approval. Off-white coloured two-component polyurethane coating. 'SIGMALINE 855 (11) Off White' is for use with water up to 36°C. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet ‘7656’, dated 'September 16, 2024'. Cure for 12 hours@20°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sheraplex Blue, Black, Green & Silver'. Factory applied, organic resin coating system, consisting of a primer and 'Delta Seal' topcoat (available in blue, black, green and silver colours). Apply one coat of primer (as per instructions: WI.BMC.W02 Issue 2 - February 2005) and cure for 2 and ½ hours at 380°C. Then apply a passivation layer through immersion for 15 minutes at 76-99°C (as per instructions: WI.BMC.W06 Issue 1 August 2004). Apply 1 topcoat of 'Delta Seal' (as per instructions WI.BMC.W01A Issue 2 August 2010) and cure for 20 minutes at 200°C. All are for use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CSJX53-2 Red'. Factory applied, red coloured polyacrylic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions file no. ‘CSJ-0016-1’, version no. ‘A1’, dated 2016.10.12. Cure for 50 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Primer coating Spu‐221(A) & Spu‐221(B)’ for use with ‘Top coating: Spu‐222(A) & Spu‐222(B)’. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed) Acrylic Polyurethane primer & coating. Mix parts A and B of the primer in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated 5th May 2018. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. Mix parts A and B of the topcoat in a 4:2 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated 5th May 2018. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 40°C. ‘FIBER TECH 82’. Factory applied, natural (appears dark yellow) fibreglass resin. Spray apply as per manufacturer’s Method Statement Ref ‘PP-GRP-092021-R1’, dated ‘21 Sept 2020’. Cure for 72 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JM 9-2910'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'edition no.1', issue date 2012-8-5. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HEMPADUR 85671 System'. Factory applied epoxy coating system comprising of a pink base coat (50900), light green middle coat (42070), and pink top coat (50900 - water contact). Each coat comprises of a base and curing agent to be mixed in a 8.8:1.2 volume ratio before applying in accordance with manufacturer's PDS dated January 2023. Cure each coat for 7 days@20°C and then 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 30°C.
'VPC5009 Potable FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate at 200°C and then apply by dipping in a fluidised bed as per manufacturer's instructions dated 10th January 2019. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
