Back To Directory Sections'H-451PW'. Factory applied epoxy resin coatings available in black, blue, grey & red colours. Mix and apply as per technical data sheet dated '12/12/2018'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nitocote EPSW (E)'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy polysulphide coating comprising of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 85:15. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe IL6001 50S'. Factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per technical data sheet dated '10 September 2019'. Cure for 15 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PAKMEL EP#3500 Series'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 2020.11.27. Cure for 3 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EDELPOXY FN 132 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's IFU reference 'PC 132' dated 'January 28, 2020'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
