‘PVEF undercoat with Fluiglide Topcoat’. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), coating system comprising of ‘Polyglass VEF’, two-component glassflake vinyl ester undercoat and ‘Fluiglide’, two-component polyester topcoat. Mix and apply ‘Polyglass VEF’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference 2/23’ dated ‘5th June 2007’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for 24 hrs@20°C (±1°C). Mix and apply ‘Fluiglide’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference ‘4/01’, valid from ‘23rd October 1995’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for a minimum of 6 days@20°C (with a lower tolerance of -1°C). These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'QY031E'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 250°C and then apply the coating at a temperature of 160°C as per manufacturer's product specification 'QY031E-01' dated '2022-3-23'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the application and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GTH-CC Iron Red'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 20:4 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's painting guide '202105006' dated 'May 27, 2021'. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GTH-CC Ice Grey'. Factory applied, two-component, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 20:4 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's painting guide '202105006' dated 'May 27, 2021'. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lacaze Radiant'. Factory applied, two part, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 100:26 weight ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet 'NT-0229-UK-201109-C' dated 11/05/2022. Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'RC851'. Factory applied, two part, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 100:26 weight ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet 'NT-0229-UK-201109-C' dated 11/05/2022. Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tianbao SS Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, two-component white coloured epoxy coating. Mix component 1 and component 2 in a mass ratio of 6:1 and apply as per manufacturer's operation in instructions 'Tianbao SS', 'version 1.0' issued on '06/02/2021'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epigard DT High Build Finish Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ‘Document Ref : SPL/R&D/TTD/UI/001, Issue No.01, Version: 01’ dated 01.11.2015. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Kejriwal OPC’. Factory applied, grey coloured in-organic, Ordinary Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.2:0.5. Cure for 28 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epilux QD Exterior Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and accelerator. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet '679', dated 'Jun 2020'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote® 47-20 Brun Rouge'. Factory applied, red coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy coating. Mix resin and hardener in an 80:20 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '15/06/2021'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. his material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'E0-850-5210-001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'nr.01, rev.00, issue 01' dated 01/082016. Cure for 30 minutes@210°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AMMT-001G Two Component Epoxy Resin Coating/Ceramic Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, off-white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Components A and B are preheated to 60°C, mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1.& applied as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 2.00', dated '11/01/2021'. Cure for 1 hour@60°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POWTON E5000P-WT'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'issue reference SPI 20170215' dated 21st January 2015. Cure for 15 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POWTON E5000P-WT (grey)'. Factory applied, grey coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated January 21st 2015. Cure for 15 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Blue coloured, factory applied, Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating. Apply as per manufacturer's application guide dated 'October 2018'. Cure for 5 minutes@245°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JPC Liquid Epoxy Paint'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy paint. Mix components A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ' JPC-FG-A/06-21/009 & JPC-FG-B/06-21/009' dated '02/06/2021'. Cure for 7 days@34°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KARUMEL EX4412 (RAL5005) & KARUMEL EX4412 (Blue)'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's application guide for potable water reference number 'KCSA-21090101' dated September 2021. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LNXFSY'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'X202101207F' dated '2021-12-07'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ya-Coat Amiantit (SADIP)'. Factory applied, two-component, green coloured (once mixed and applied) PU coating. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's process document 'MW 106-5 issue 1', dated 26/06/2007. Cure for 10 minutes@35°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Desmopol DW'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. Mix components A & B in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'DESMOPOL DW v.11-03-2022'. Cure for 6 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote® 48-20'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a mass ratio of 68:32 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 10/12/2018. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MS 1555'. Factory applied, dark blue/grey coloured vitreous enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'I.PBE.06.04' dated November 22, 2021 and 'TPE.09.056.02' dated August 19, 2014. Cure for 14 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MasterSeal P693/94Primer and MasterSeal M 649 (formerly known as MasterSeal 694) Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply 'MasterSeal P693/94Primer’ as per Technical Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_P_693/694_06_22’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply ‘MasterSeal M 649 Coating' as per Technical Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_M 649_06_21/v1/08_21/v2/06_22/v3/10_22’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Versathane'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'Issue No. 01 Sep 2016. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘RTU AL 5023, RTU AL 5002A, RTU AL 5054, AL 8050, AL 8783 & AL 8062-1’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions version ‘11-2021’. Cure for 7 minutes@857°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Scotchkote 206N`. Factory applied, green coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s 'standard cure guide' which appears in document '80-6111-8352-8 Rev. B'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SADIP-Mix'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement & water in a mix ratio of 2:1:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's 'quality work instruction' document 'QW 41A', issue 4 dated 20/11/97. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. The cement mortar must then be submerged in water for 72 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Klubertop TP 38-901’. Site applied, (transparent) white coloured PTFE lubricant coating. Apply and cure as per product information sheet ‘Prod. 099030, en-GB, Edition 12.05.2022’. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Deep Seal'. Factory applied, red-brown coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurethane coating. Mix, apply and cure (full cure of 7 days@30°C) as per manufacturer's instructions ref. 'DI/PU/2022/072', dated 25/04/2022. For use with water up to 35°C.
'JDP21GEY‐5005, JDP21GEY‐5015 & JDP21GEY‐5017'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'version 1.0', dated 15/02/2022. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop Easy DW'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. Mix components A & B in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7483-7-2021-I-gb'. Cure for 6 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EVER-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2022.1.1', revision 'A2'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'JSP-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2022.1.1', revision 'A2'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5005 & Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet version dated '29/08/17'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'S' epoxy powder coating. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'SNC-EP09V1 - date 2009/12/1'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 468 Thixo Brun Rouge'. Factory applied, red/brown coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 77:23 and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet dated '10/05/2019'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Relipoxy 342'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 weight ratio and apply in accordance with manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines Revision 2' issue no. and date ;116/2021 15th Feb 2021'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PPA 571 ES Blue 536'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyolefin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '08/2022'. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Powercron® 451 A – CP 573 B ITT Lowara'. Factory applied, blue coloured cationic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'LT/I-21-090' dated 'Sep 9, 2021'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 468 Thixo Brun Rouge 500'. Factory applied, red/brown coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 70:30 and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet version edit '23/01/202. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EXCELLUBE B300'. Factory applied, black coloured PTFE (low friction) coating. Apply as per instructions ‘issue 1’, dated 23.01.18. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPIZEEL FA'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's application manual 'E/DGHB-AP/02', 'revision No. 0.0', 'issue date 22.11.2021'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PMSP5108-M'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual 'edition 01', dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'Primgreen LAT 12035 & Unbrako wiscoat polyamide 11, ESY Blue 7265' coating system. Factory applied, blue coloured, polyamide powder coating system. Apply primer (Primgreen LAT 12035) and top coat (Unbrako wiscoat polyamide 11, ESY Blue 7265) as per user instructions ‘TSW/PR/02 REVISION A dated: 13.02.2012’. Cure both primer and topcoat for 12 minutes@215°C (each). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Apcoflor MFP 140 Primer and Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix Apcoflor MFP 140 Primer in a 1:1 mix ratio and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘Version ‘0’, dated ‘Aug.2007’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘V01’, dated ‘8/2022’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Clean Tech HPEC 1001(J) Grey'. Factory applied, two-part, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. 'Endoprene 888.56'. Factory applied, beige coloured, two-part PU coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 75:25 volume ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 09/12/2020. Cure for 8 days@20°C.
