The following grades are natural (appear white, opaque) and are for use with water up to 85°C. Grades for injection moulding: LR 3003/10 TR A+B & ELASTOSIL LR 3003/20 TR A+B. LR 3071/40-60 A & B (40 - 60). LR 3003/30-80 A & B (30 - 80). LR 3004/20-70 A & B (20 - 70). The products may be coloured using the following ELASTOSIL® pigment pastes, also for use with water up to 85°C: FL yellow RAL 1016. FL orange RAL 2004. FL Red Brown RAL 3013. FL dark blue RAL 5010 & FL light blue RAL 5015. FL grey RAL 7000. FL carbon black RAL 9005. FL black RAL 9011. FL white RAL 9010. FL Red RAL 3000 F. FL Orange 2004 F. FL Light Blue 5015 F. FL Black 9005 F. FL green RAL 6010. ELASTOSIL® R plus platinum catalysed HTV silicone rubber. The number in brackets indicates shore hardness. Tested in-radius size 0.8mm. 'VL1001P279'. Blue coloured, compression moulded silicone rubber. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 0.99mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
72401, 72501, 73401, 73501, 74401, 74501, 75401, 75501, 76401, 76501, 77401, 77501, 78401, 78501, 79401 & 79501. Range of press moulded, solid silicone rubber materials which are blue or red coloured. Shore hardness between 20 & 90. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. for use with water up to 85°C.
'7741'. Red coloured, compression moulded, silicone rubber material. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'LSR2650, LSR2660 & LSR2670'. Black coloured, injection moulded liquid silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 70. 'LSR 2660 White'. White coloured, injection moulded liquid silicone rubber material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'KEG-2003H-30, KEG-2003H-40, KEG-2003H-50, KEG-2003H-60 & KEG-2003H-70 (no postcure)'. Translucent, compression moulded, silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness between 30 & 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.18mm & 5.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'OLDAL VMQ88065TR-70E' (70 shore hardness) & 'OLDAL VMQ88065TR' (80 shore hardness). Unpigmented (appear white, translucent), extruded silicone rubber materials. Tested in-radius size of 2.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SQ-30T-W, SQ-40T-W, SQ-50T-W, SQ-60T-W, SQ-70T-W, SQ-80T-W, & SQ-90T-W (transparent, unpigmented)'. ‘SQ-30R-W, SQ-40R-W, SQ-50R-W, SQ-60R-W, SQ-70R-W, SQ-80R-W, & SQ-90R-W (red coloured)'. ‘SQ-30B-W, SQ-40B-W, SQ-50B-W, SQ-60B-W, SQ-70B-W, SQ-80B-W, & SQ-90B (blue coloured)'.
