'SF-CM1'. Factory applied, grey coloured, sulphate resistant cement mortar. Mix cement mortar, sand & water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'SF-CM1', 'Vision A1' dated '2024-7'. Cure for 12 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chromapoxy H.B.F.N.Paint Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'NCE/200', issue date '15.01.2014'. Cure for 7 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LM119-1'. Factory applied, white coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'File no.: LM-001', 'Edition: A', 'Issue date: 2024-JAN.-15th'. Cure for 10 minutes@190°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'ZHR‐SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2025.8.27'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Ecocoat FBE Green Powder PFC/6018 (RAL 6018)& Ecocoat FBE Red Oxide Powder PFC/3000-Red Oxide'. Factory applied, green or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet revised ‘1st Jan, 2024’. Cure for 3 minutes at a metal temperature of 230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Eurokote® 48-20 Brun Rouge’. Factory applied, red coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix resin and hardener in a 2.13:1 mass ratio and apply as manufacturer's TDS dated '10/12/2024'. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Epilux 610 T Primer for use with Epilux 155 SF Topcoat'. Factory applied, white coloured (once applied) two-part epoxy coating. The topcoat can also be used alone, without the primer. 'Epilux 610 T Primer’ comprises of a base & hardener to be mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio and then applied as per manufacturer's TDS 'SEPTEMBER 2018 VERSION 1'. Cure for 16 hours@25°C – 28°C, 60%±10% RH. 'Epilux 155 SF Topcoat' comprises of a base & hardener to be mixed in a 4:1 volume ratio and then applied as manufacturer's TDS 'SEPTEMBER 2018 VERSION 1'. Cure for 7 days@25°C – 28°C, 60%±10% RH. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the RH, mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the RH, mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BSS-P'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'BSS-P-D0002' dated '2025-1-10'. Cure for 7 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PMSP5112-M, PMSP5113-M, PMSP5114-M, PMSP5115-M, EP5112D01SC, EP5113D01SC, EP5114D01SC & EP5115D01SC'. Factory applied, blue coloured, Porcelain Vitreous Enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's User Manual 'PEM 37', 'Edition 01', dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NMSP2251M, NMSP2265M, NMSP2266-M, NMSP2267-M, ER2251A01SM, ER2265A01SM, ER2266A01SC, ER2267A01SC'. Factory applied, blue coloured, Porcelain Vitreous Enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's User Manual 'PEM 38', 'Edition 01', dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'L-01 GP Blue-grey Enamel'. Factory applied, blue-grey coloured Enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Version: 01', dated '2025-01-02'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C and then fire for 10 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing/firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure/fire conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘BSS R/G System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘BSS Red and BSS Grey’. ‘BSS Red’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘BSS Grey’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet ‘BSS-D0003’, dated ‘2025-09-16’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'Jotapipe IL6001 50S'. Factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per technical data sheet dated '10 September 2019'. Cure for 15 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Corro Coat EP-F1003HW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated '31 July 2018'. Cure for 4 minutes@245°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (Blue Epoxy GPC)'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s Work Instructions ‘JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/W1-16’, version ‘4.0’, effective date ’01.08.2025’. Cure for 12 hours @30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL(BFSC-CEMIII/A)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Blast Furnace Slag Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Work Instructions ‘JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/WI-11’, ‘Version 4.0’, ‘Effective Date 01.08.2025’. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
