‘Cicoprime®25 Primer and Cicoshield®PW100 Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply Cicoprime®25 Primer in a 1:1 ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘version 1.1’, dated October 2023. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix Cicoshield®PW100 Coating in a 1:1 ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘version 1.1’, dated August 2024. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'61300 EPOXY TB BT BLEU 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Spray apply as per manufacturers TDS dated '15/2/2019'. Cure for 20 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SMS-FBE-Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s TDS 'Document Code 53', 'Publication No 5', dated 01.03.2024. Cure for 35 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘BFSC Foug SDN’. Factory applied, grey coloured, blast furnace slag cement intended to line pipes. Mix sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1.5:1, then add water in a water/cement mass ratio of 0.36:1 and apply as manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 48 hours@23°C, 70% relative humidity. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ARC SD4i(E)'. Factory applied, grey and blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings. Mix parts A and B in a weight ratio of 2.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions 'EN-085034EU', dated '01/2025'. Cure for 72 hours@20°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ARC 858(E)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a weight ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions 'EN-085013EU', dated '08/2024'. Cure for 54 hours@20°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE® 851 Blanc'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in 50:50 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 10/07/2024. Cure for 6 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'175-767 Polyester blue 5012'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyester coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions updated '15.03.2018'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Series 2000 RAL 5015'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s data application sheet ‘Revision: 6 (2018/10/01)’ created ‘2015/11/11’. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CLEAN TECH PW (BG)'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/22-23/04/R13/BG/R1', dated '15.09.2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. Between August 2024 and January 2025, the coating is approved for use with water up to 23°C. Between February 2025 and August 2029, the coating is approved for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Advashield PW'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued 1st September 2024. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MJ-6'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Mix in a 63%/21.8%/13.2%/2% ratio and apply as per manufacturers instructions 'v1', dated '06-05-2023'. Cure for 60 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NMSP2104 M & ER2104A01SM'. The following coatings were added to the approval in March 2025: ER2209A01SC, ER2252A01SC, ER2259A01SC & ER2260A01SC. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual 'PEM 38', edition '01' dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PMSP5099-M & EP5099D01SC'. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual 'PEM 37', edition '01' dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PRIMGREEN® ENDURANCE & Primgreen LAT 12035' primers for use with 'RILSAN® PA11 T BLUE 7444 MAC (16293), PA11 T GREY 5161 MAC (17203), PA11 T WHITE 1488 AC (17219) & PA11 T BLACK 7450 AC (17185)' coatings. Factory applied primers and powder coatings. The piece to be coated is to be pre-heated to 330°C for 10 minutes, the primer and coating applied in accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20' and then cured for 10 minutes@330°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'FY Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'FR20240910', dated '2024-09-10'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-3-2024'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fluiglide E'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating consisting of a base and activator. Mix base and activator in a mass ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS product reference ‘4/05’, last reviewed ‘March 2024’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NMSP2104 M'. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual ‘specification no. PIN-10’, revision no. '0' dated '15/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
