'SW-02'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, water & cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Aquafitting Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'DLCHB-CO-001', edition 'A1', issue date '2021-April-11st'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Korepox H.B EH3100'. Factory applied, two component, cream coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated April 2009. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ductan 087'. Factory applied, blue coloured PE coating. Apply by flock spray onto a part/item pre-heated to 200°C for 20 minutes and allow to cool. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPOKIM Painting System'. Factory applied, dark green coloured (once top coat applied), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a primer and top coat. The primer (EPOX code A0768.N05133 + cat.A0918.N00100) consists of a catalyst and hardener which should be mixed in a 100:43 volume ratio before applying two coats in accordance with instructions ‘W1_2021_00’ dated ‘25/10/2021’. Cure (flash-off) for 40 minutes@40°C. The top coat (EPOKIM HS code A0435.N02038 + cat.A0904.N00000) consists of a catalyst and hardener which should be mixed in a 100:16 volume ratio before applying one coat in accordance with instructions ‘W1_2021_00’ dated ‘25/10/2021’. Cure (flash-off) for 10 minutes@20°C. The complete system should then be ‘stoved’ for 60 minutes@70°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'DUAYEN E-39'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix Parts A&B in a volume ratio of 79.5:20.5 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '00.05102021'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ENDOPRENE®84-30 THIXO'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet (version dated 16/12/2019). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE® 891.20 RACCORD'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet 'Doc. 087' (version dated 01/07/2011). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'XFGJ-2'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.5:1:0.4 mass ratio. Cure for 8 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'Cepox P05/95'. Factory applied, two part, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 19/11/2021. Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'Tankguard 412'. White coloured, factory applied, 2 part epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 6 November 2015. Cure for 7 days@23°C. Between 1st November 2021 and 27th July 2022 this coating is for use with water up to 23°C. Between 28th July 2022 and 30th November 2026 this coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Powercron® 6070'. Factory applied, black coloured, electrodeposition coating. Apply and cure as per technical data sheet ‘LT/F-16-128’ dated October 20th 2016. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Flogul® 645 Vert 6013'. Factory applied, green coloured paint. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated '11/09/2018'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'JSAW-JAL (Cement-SDC)'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 2 hours and 30 minutes@45°C and 85 relative humidity. Then cure again for 3 days@30°C and 80% relative humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (Cement-SIL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 2 hours and 30 minutes@45°C and 85 relative humidity. Then cure again for 3 days@30°C and 80% relative humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (Cement-JSL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Blast Furnace Slag Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 2 hours and 30 minutes@45°C and 85 relative humidity. Then cure again for 3 days@30°C and 80% relative humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. ‘PAM-MORTAR.D2'. Grey coloured (once mixed), factory applied Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar and admixture. Mix cement, sand, water & admixture in a mass ratio of 1:1.25:0.38:0.0008. Apply as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet dated 18/03/2021 (3rd revision) and cure for 48 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Promag'. Factory applied, black coloured (once mixed), polyurethane primer and topcoat manufactured in Suzhou, China. Mix components A & B of the primer in a 1:2 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '13-01-2022' Cure for 2 hours@23°C. Mix components A, B & C of the topcoat in a 92.59%:5.19%:2.22% volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '13-01-2022'. Cure for 20 seconds@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'V- SRPC Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mixx Sand:water:cement in a weight ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 96 hours@26°C and then 576 hours@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Tecnocoat P-2049'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 20-03-2022'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Relipoxy 342 Food Grade Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, brown-red coloured epoxy coating. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), coating system comprising of ‘Polyglass VEF’, two-component glassflake vinyl ester undercoat and ‘Fluiglide’, two-component polyester topcoat. Mix and apply ‘Polyglass VEF’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference 2/23’ dated ‘5th June 2007’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for 24 hrs@20°C (±1°C). Mix resin and hardener in an 80:20 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '15/06/2021'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. his material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
