'LOCTITE® EA 3478™'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 7.25:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 'November 2016'. Cure for 24 hours@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. his material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC 1003 Green'. Factory applied, green coloured Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued '25 May 2022'. Cure for 110 seconds@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Coating F8'. Factory applied, grey coloured DLC coating. Apply as per Work Instructions dated 4. Feb 2026. No cure required. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EM6/35/7541/1 Vitrecoat'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'IS_003', 'rev. 01'. Cure for 16 min 875°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'IF1947T'. Factory applied, red coloured Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use 'Doc. No. SPPR/L3/WI/PRD/28.' Cure for 45 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eco Coat FBE Red RAL 3013' (red coloured) & 'Eco Coat FBE Blue RAL 5017' (blue coloured). Factory applied Epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use 'Doc. No.:SPPR/L3/WI/PRD/28A'. Cure for 45 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZMF7405'. Factory applied, blue coloured Enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Version 01', issue date 'December 1, 2025'. Dry for 15 minutes@100°C and then furnace fire for 10 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Nelfapox FW Inert Cream'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 6.8:2 volume ratio. Apply one or two coats as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet '999', revision date '24-03-2026'. Cure Coat 1 for 16 hours@20°C. Cure Coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NextGen NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per National Paints technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV01 09-07-2019'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Shalipoxy 400'. Factory applied, two-part beige coloured epoxy coating. Mix component A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Application Methodology ‘R&D/AIN 004/2013’, dated ’01.05.2013’. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 23°C. his material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ShaliPoxy 400 FG'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix components A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘0982019’. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PROTEGOL UR Coating 32-45'. Factory applied, two-part, blue coloured, Polyurethane coating. Mix parts A and B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions dated '06/2025'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C until a shore hardness of 70 D is reached. For use with water up to 65°C. his material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PROTEGOL UR Coating 32-69 MB'. Factory applied, two-part, blue coloured, Polyurethane coating. Mix parts A and B in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions '06/2025'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C until a shore hardness of 70 D is reached. For use with water up to 65°C. his material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Rashmi Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured, blast furnace slag cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6 and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'RML/DI/WI/CMLC-10', 'Rev: 02', dated '12.10.2023'. Cure for 120 minutes@50°C, 98% RH. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JX-DIPC-6'. Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'JX2025', dated '2025-12-4'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocement CEM I – Ramco OPC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand, and water in a 0.6:1.0:0.22 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'WP-08-05 I', issue '04', rev. '0', dated '22.08.2024'. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
