Back To Directory Sections'Intercrete 4800'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitious repair mortar. Mix Intercrete 4800 and water in a mass ratio of 7.58:1. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AQUAPEA® In-line Repair'. Site applied, dark grey coloured (once mixed), two-part epoxy putty (light grey and dark grey coloured) and polypropylene core (white, translucent). Mix & cure as per the document: “Aquapea method statement issue 1 dated 23-04-21” . For use with water up to 23°C.
'Steel Stick'. Reinforced epoxy repair putty which comprises of a black coloured core surrounded by a light grey coloured stick. Knead the core and stick together until an even colour (dark brown) and consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer's instructions of use dated 31/03/2022. Cure for 20 minutes@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'X-Treme Tape'. Black coloured, extruded silicone rubber tape. Shore hardness 55. Tested in-radius size 0.25mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Dragon STD'. Site applied, off-white coloured, two-part epoxy resin and fibreglass cloth. Mix resin in a 77.8@22.2 volume ratio and apply to the fibreglass cloth. Once the cloth is fully impregnated, apply to the defect as per manufacturer's instructions 'IMG MPW 020' dated 01.07.2022. Cure for 24 hours@21°C or 4 hours@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
