Section Code 5038 : Site applied concrete coatings. Compliance with BS6920 relates to the conditions of cure specified in the listing. If the cure conditions are varied from those described below then compliance with BS6920 cannot be assummed without further testing. Where catalysts are required, only tested catalysts in the recommended concentrations should be used. Manufacturer's advice must be sought if any non standard mixing or curing conditions are being considered.

Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s instructions 'ST/June 2022'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Monolevel 844SP'. Site applied, grey coloured, polymer modified cementitious mortar. Mix mortar with water in a weight ratio of 5:0.6. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Bulletin No. ML844SP/031/010' issued July 2020. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Xypex Concentrate'. Site applied, grey coloured, cementitious coating. Mix 'Xypex Concentrate' with water in a 5:2 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet 'DAT-CON-UK, REV-06-21'. Cure for 3 days@7°C in damp conditions, following by 18 days@7°C. Please note that 1 day cure = 24 hours. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘SikaTop® 550 Seal’. Site applied, white coloured, two component Acrylic, Cementitious waterproofing coating. Mix 1kg of part A (powder) with 333g of part B (liquid) and apply as per manufacturer’s method statement ‘10/2024’. Cure for 28 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SikaTop®-107 Seal AE'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part coating. Mix parts A and B in a 1.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'V1', dated 'Feb 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours at 30°C. Cure Coat 2 for 21 days at 30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
