‘Ausimix’ compact range of ‘T’-type thermostatic blending valves with nickel plated DZR brass bodies. Each inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer and a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The SBHEAT110780, SBHEAT110785, HEAT110780 & HEAT110785 models also have angled isolation valves at both inlets. Maximum working pressures and operating temperatures: Existing push fit models: For use with PEX pipe (manufactured to BS7291 part 3) and Polybutylene pipe (manufactured to BS7291 part 2): 12.0 bar, cold water use only. 6.0 bar @ 95°C. For use with copper pipe: Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C. Range of cold water inlet control groups with DZR brass bodies, consisting of a pressure reducing valve, (all models are adjustable between 1.0 and 6.0 bar, but some come pre-set from the factory - see model), a pressure relief valve (set at 6.0 or 8.0 bar - see model) and a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The pressure relief valve is fitted with a rotary type easing gear. All products for use with copper pipe manufactured to BS EN 1057. Maximum inlet supply pressure 20.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of multi-layered flexible hoses (TPE inner liner/PVC middle/PVC outer with polyester braiding in-between) and stainless-steel braided EPDM flexible hoses. The hoses are supplied with a variety of end connections incorporating brass barbed hose inserts or white plastic barbed hose inserts. The hoses may also incorporate a servicing valve (see model). The push fit connectors are to be used with copper pipe (Manufactured to EN1057), PB pipe (Manufactured to BS EN21003) & PE-x pipe (manufactured to BS EN7291-3). Products shown with a “P” suffix (eg. WFLX15P, FLX43P) are a prepacked variant of the original product eg. WFLX15, FLX43. Products shown with a “SB” suffix (eg. FLX15P-SB, WFLX28-SB) are a reduced box quantity of an existing product. Between February 2022 and January 2027 the products are for use with water up to 65°C.
‘Easiset 320 series’ adjustable (in-line) pressure reducing valves with DZR brass bodies. Compression and pushfit models are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057:2006+A1:2010). From March 2022 the pushfit models can also be used with PB pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-2:2010) and PEX pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-3:2010). Maximum inlet supply pressure: 16.0 bar all models with copper pipe. From March 2022: SBPRED320001 & SBPRED320005 models: 12.0 bar with PEX & PB pipe. SBPRED320050 & SBPRED320055 models: 6.0 bar with PEX & PB pipe. Maximum outlet pressure 1.5 bar to 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature: COLD WATER EASISET 320 SERIES: 45°C with copper pipe, and from March 2022: cold water use only with PEX & PB pipe. HOT WATER EASISET 320 SERIES: 80°C with copper pipe, and from March 2022: 80°C with PEX & PB pipe.
