Range of wall mounted combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger and pressurised central heating system. The primary circuit incorporates a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar and an expansion vessel. The products are supplied with a temporary filling loop which incorporates a combined isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3), stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and an isolation valve. The secondary circuit (DHW) incorporates a plastic flow restrictor The primary circuit incorporates isolation valves on the flow and return. Maximum working pressure of secondary circuit is 6.0 bar. Maximum working pressure of primary circuit is 2.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C. Cold water supply only.

Combination boilers and Water Jacketed Tube heaters. Low volume water content. Heat retained in water heaters will cause expansion of water after closure of draw-off taps and valves. Provision for expansion of water must be made to accommodate excess pressure within the system. Particular care is required where check valves are positioned, or loose jumper valves are thought to be upstream of the heater.
