POLYNT 1349 TAEQ20 is a polyester resin and LP PA FC CLEAR 0200 is a factory applied, gel coat (when used together the material appears light pink in colour). Apply as per manufacturer's TDS ‘7206 updated 10.10.17’. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Norsodyne H 13212 TAE Laminate' for use with 'Polycor White Gel Coat'. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE Laminate' was added to the approval in July 2024. The glass fibre panel is manufactured by hand lay method and then factory applied, unsaturated resin gel coat is applied by brush (BR) or spray (PA). The brush gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4100’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. The spray gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4200’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polylite 444-M888'. Amber coloured, unsaturated polyester resin material manufactured by liquid casting. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘Polycor LP Gel Coat reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE laminating resin’. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE laminating resin’ was added to the approval in July 2024. ‘Polycor LP Gel Coat’ is a brush or spray applied polyester resin gel coat, available in white or grey colours and is reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE or NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE glass fibre laminate. Apply the brush grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7100’ dated 10.10.17 and apply the spray grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7200’ also dated 10.10.17. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
