Range of stainless steel indirect (single or twin coil), direct and heat pump unvented hot water storage cylinders. The heat pump models also incorporate a plate heat exchanger and a circulation pump. The secondary circuit is supplied with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar@90.0˚C. The products are supplied with an inlet control group consisting of an adjustable pressure reducing valve, adjustable in the range of 0.8 bar - 6.0 bar, but factory pre-set at 3.0 bar, a strainer, am expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and an approved single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The products are also supplied with an immersion heater, an expansion vessel (12, 19 or 24 litres depending on model) and a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group: 16.0 bar. Maximum working pressure: Secondary circuit: 5.5 Bar. Primary Circuit: 6.0 Bar (All models except for the Direct - DI prefix models). Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
Range of automatic air venting valves incorporating epoxy coated, ductile iron bodies and plastic float. Maximum operating pressure 16.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 50°C
Electronically controlled thermostatic shower mixing valve with a plastic body. Temperature is controlled via two motorised valves and a thermistor. The product also incorporates a pump and plastic filters on each inlet. The valve can be supplied with a variation of shower kits that can consist of the following components: handsets, overhead showers, shower hoses, wall outlets, fixed arms, exposed elbows and isolation valves. Maximum working pressure 7.0 bar. Maximum working temperature 65°C.
Range of adjustable or pre-set T-type thermostatic blending valves with brushed chromium plated DZR brass bodies. Supplied with an olive and compression nut. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 85°C
Range of concealed electronic thermostatic shower valve with a plastic body, the flow is controlled via two motorised valves for hot and cold supply. Both inlets incorporate a plastic strainer and an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The products are supplied with isolation valves and wall mounted concealed diverter valves with plastic bodies. Maximum working pressure 7.0 Bar
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C
Range of wall mounted thermostatic blending valves (chrome plated brass), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc, half turn ceramic disc or ceramic cartridge headworks (see models). The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge incorporating a manual override button, with a variety of operating members. The inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection with stainless-steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 60°C
Piston type float operated inlet valves with brass bodies and backnuts. Maximum working pressure 8.0 or 10.0 bar (please refer to model). Cold water use only.
Range of piston type float operated inlet valves with brass bodies and backnuts. Maximum working pressure 8.0 or 10.0 bar (please refer to model). Cold water use only.
Wall mounted, flow control valve (either stainless steel or brass body various finishes) incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with a single lever operating member. The compression fitting is for use with copper tube complying with BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 60°C
